Our Approach is to Understand Your Business
While no two companies are the same, technology needs are more similar than they are different across companies. Almost all companies need to use email, word processing, and financial software in a networked business environment. Other companies may have unique needs such as contact management, scheduling and dispatching.
We evaluate each customer's needs on an individual basis, and we employ best practices for optimal technology integration. If you have an existing "legacy" software system, we will work with it and provide suggestions on how to optimize that system or migrate over to a new system. We are very sensitive to the financial limitations of small and mid-sized businesses. We provide business managers with a strategic plan for enhancing their technology infrastructures and cost effectively phasing in new products.
The Process:
Our first step is to meet with our clients to form an understanding of their goals and objectives. We identify ways in which technology can be leveraged to support those goals. Our second step is to assess the existing technology infrastructure: we will assess the strengths and weaknesses of the existing systems and we will identify opportunities for cost effective technology enhancement.
Our next step is to provide a proposal to our clients - there are often two facets to the proposal: the first is a project component related to the initial implementation of technology improvements; the second is a service component related to the maintenance the technology system. Finally, once that proposal is accepted by the client we implement the IT strategy.
